Books for Adults
When it comes to books for adults that have informed my thinking about relationship health it is hard to know where to start.

There are others that explore personal development and leadership
There are some that are just wise.

One of the book sets that I purchased whilst doing my Clinical Psychology Doctorate was the trilogy on Attachment Separation and Loss by John Bowlby.
I think the observational work on which this theory was based was amazing! Ideas that now seem obvious to us, where not obvious back then.
This is one of those books I went back to over and over again.
